ACS Lab is a DEA-registered analytical testing laboratory located in Sun City Center, Florida. The lab operates a single facility — every sample is tested by the same scientists on the same instruments, which provides consistency that multi-site operations cannot guarantee.
One point worth understanding about the name: the peptide work is run by ACS Peptide Testing Labs, while the ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation (A2LA #6786.01) is held by ACS Laboratory, the cannabis and hemp testing business at the same address. The peptide arm does not advertise ISO 17025 accreditation of its own, citing instead validated methods referenced to ICH and USP, the ASTM D8558 peptide standard, and its DEA registration.
ACS Lab serves researchers, compounding pharmacies, and pharmaceutical companies across all 50 US states via overnight mail-in. The lab accepts samples for peptide purity testing, identity confirmation, contaminant screening, and third-party COA verification.

COA Discrepancy Data
One of ACS Lab's notable contributions to the space is its third-party COA verification service, which independently re-tests products and compares the results to the supplier's published claims. The lab's own published estimate — that 15–20% of vendor COAs show discrepancies — is a marketing figure rather than an independently audited one, and it comes with no stated sample size. ACS has separately published an analysis of more than 1,200 samples tested between 2024 and early 2026, which reports much higher rates: only 27% of supplier COAs matched its results exactly. Either way, the direction is the same — a meaningful share of supplier COAs does not survive independent re-testing.
